An overview of this role:

As a Senior Renewal Operations Analyst on our Field Operations Team, you'll drive the renewals process through collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to meet company retention goals. Your data-driven approach, cross-functional teamwork, and system optimization skills will be essential.


What You'll Do: Renewal Process & Execution

  • Own and drive the operational function of the renewals process in collaboration with sales teams to meet company objectives
  • Develop and optimize renewal playbooks to maximize revenue retention
  • Assist with complex renewal case management and subscription reconciliation
  • Support month-end close processes and churn exception requests

Data & Systems Management

  • Implement and maintain renewal data quality processes and systems
  • Drive high CRM data quality through system solutions and end-user training
  • Oversee data hygiene for renewal forecasts, subscription reconciliation, and closed-lost reviews
  • Act as subject matter expert for renewal systems and tools

Analysis & Reporting

  • Build and maintain comprehensive reports on key metrics (renewal revenue, bookings, retention rates, customer health)
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to drive scalable growth

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Proactively collaborate with Renewal leaders to address customer requirements and remove roadblocks
  • Lead initiatives with Strategy, Operations & Systems teams to champion process improvements

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of progressive Operations experience supporting Renewals preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying process gaps & implementing scalable and effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and results.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to various stakeholders within the organization
  • Experience handling data reconciliation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and other enterprise SaaS tools
  • A commitment to company values and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.


The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

$84,000$180,000 USD
