We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and refine mechanical systems and components for cutting-edge robotic products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable and high-performance robotic solutions. This role offers an opportunity to push the boundaries of robotics technology while working on projects with real-world applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.
- Create engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing.
- Work closely with vendors to design and develop various modules.
- Perform prototype fabrication, testing, and validation to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.
- Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be on-site with no remote work option.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with robotics, mechatronics, or automation.
- Familiarity with actuators, sensors, and control systems.
- Rapid prototyping techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in robotics.
