Job Description SummaryAs a member of the global marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager, Field Enablement will serve as the critical liaison between regional field teams and the global marketing function. This role is responsible for ensuring that the field's interests are represented in product development, launches, and campaigns.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:

Voice of Field:

  • Establish regular and formal feedback loops from the field on product performance, customer needs, global marketing assets, product training, and market trends.
  • Analyze and present findings to the global marketing and product development teams to inform decision-making in the product and marketing lifecycles
     

Global Product & Commercial Training:

  • Consult with portfolio marketing managers on product training programs to incorporate into their commercialization and launch plans.
  • Coordinate with the global training and regional commercial teams to deliver product training sessions for sales teams to ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
     

Regional Activation:

  • Collaborate with regional field teams to develop and incorporate regional activation plans that align with global marketing strategies for new product launches.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful matriculation of global sales and marketing assets into regional marketing plans and campaigns.

Sales/Internal Communications:

  • Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep sales teams informed about product updates, marketing campaigns, and other relevant information.
  • Assist portfolio marketing and product teams in customer release notes and other communications to the regional teams regarding new and updated product launches.
     

Customer Success Database:

  • Create, manage, and maintain a library of customer success stories and HEOR claims approved for external use, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for both referrals and claims.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.

  • Experience in project management, marketing campaign management, account-based marketing, and lead generation.

  • Experience in managing complex sales processes within the Digital, SaaS, or subscription B2B sector, with a strong focus on a consultative buyer journey.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $117,600.00-$176,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
