Senior Marketing Manager, Channel Programs & Partner Marketing will lead efforts in building and optimizing our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Channel Programs and Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of co-marketing strategies and comprehensive lead generation programs to drive key partner initiatives. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams, you'll define and implement joint awareness and demand generation programs that drive long term business value.

What you'll do:

  • Channel Strategy: support the channel sales leadership team to implement a global channel partner strategy that prioritizes Versapay's growth objectives, focusing on recruiting, enabling, and scaling partners in the ecosystem
  • Partner Program Development: support the execution of a channel partner program, analyzing partner tiers, incentives, enablement, and support systems to drive high levels of partner engagement and revenue
  • Manage Activation Across the Partner Ecosystem: Define and identify needs for different partner types including key direct integration partners, VARs, ISV, and strategic partners
  • Collaborative Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and manage the co-marketing strategy through to execution (campaigns, roundtables, digital marketing, events and more) to maximize pipeline, new logos and growth opportunities
  • Accelerate and execute initiatives that drive partner revenue generation and align with our sales objectives, especially across key partner types and vertical markets
  • Partner Relationship Management: along with sales, establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure ongoing collaboration and success
  • Metrics and Performance Tracking: report on channel partner KPIs, and continuously optimize programs to increase partner-driven revenue and customer acquisition
  • Work with channel teams to understand the demands of the business, gather insight and translate these business needs into programmatic and marketing execution
  • Channel Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-marketing programs, joint content, and events that generate demand and increase visibility for Versapay solutions within partner ecosystems
  • Lead team of partner and field marketing that drives engagement and performance through, to and with partners at the ERP and direct VAR level
  • New Product Launches: Collaborate with product marketing to ensure partners are aligned with product roadmap developments, effectively positioning existing and new offerings
  • FUTURE: Enablement and Training: Work with cross-functional teams to guide the development and execution of robust training, certification and enablement programs for partners, equipping them with tools and knowledge to effectively sell and implement Versapay

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 7+ years of experience in channel management, partner programs, or field enablement, preferably within B2B software, SaaS and technology space
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, with measurable success in driving partner-driven revenue growth
  • Experience in program management, lead generation and B2B Marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Partner teams, Sales, Engineering, Product Management with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing enablement programs that drive results, experience of defining joint partnerships on both product and GTM fronts
  • Awareness and understanding of the cloud and software marketing with experience working in enterprise technology, data and analytics, SaaS and ISVs
  • Experience creating compelling marketing content and marketing campaigns with strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
  • Excellent budget management and project tracking
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with basic understanding of marketing to sales funnel, business intelligence and lead management processes and technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to drive progress and change with a focus on growth and innovation
  • Preferred MBA or BA with significant experience
