Location: Serving our clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura counties (Hybrid)



Role Description:


You will be leading complex projects and be responsible for communications, project scope, schedules, risks, and resource planning.  In your key position on the engagement, you will be setting the direction for the team and be the main point of contact for the client.  We will depend on you to plan, organize, track, and drive technical teams.  As you develop your relationships, you will have the opportunity to grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client.  


Also, as a valued member of the company, we would invite you to contribute to the growth of the firm.  Your participation could be on the account, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives.


We look for our Senior Managers to have several of the following:

  • 5+ years performing in a project manager role
  • 10+ years of total experience
  • 6+ yrs with a premier consulting firm
  • Experience as a project (or program) manager on fast-paced, complex projects
  • Ability to manage blended resource teams and achieve measurable resultsHands-on approach to client delivery and detail-oriented
  • Experience working in the Agile methodology (e.g., planning/running sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives, and leading scrum teams)
  • Technology implementation experience (e.g., data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, e-Commerce, or other digital)Process optimization project experience
  • Organizational change management or user adoption experience
  • Ability to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationships
