This is where you and your skills come in. This role will lead the development of high-impact executive presentations and strategic communications that effectively translate complex business initiatives into compelling, actionable narratives for diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives, investors, board members, and key partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Storytelling & Strategic Communications: Craft compelling, data-driven narratives that articulate organizational vision and strategy with clarity and impact. Transform complex business concepts into accessible, persuasive presentations for leadership audiences.

Presentation Development & Design: Create polished, visually engaging presentations that elevate key messages and maintain brand consistency. Develop custom visual frameworks that simplify complex information and drive decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executives and stakeholders across business units to gather insights, align messaging, and ensure presentations accurately reflect organizational priorities and objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with executives and subject matter experts to effectively capture their vision and translate technical information into strategic storylines that resonate with target audiences.

Data Visualization & Analysis: Transform raw data into meaningful insights through effective visualization techniques. Identify key trends and craft narratives that contextualize business performance.

Content Strategy & Management: Develop and maintain a library of presentation assets, templates, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency in executive communications.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in strategic communications, executive presentations, or similar roles within SaaS, cloud, or high-tech industries. Background in management consulting or marketing agencies strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides), creative design tools (Adobe creative suite etc.), data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.). Ability to create sophisticated, visually compelling slides that enhance understanding.

Proficiency with Generative AI Tools: Leverage tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, Sora and other generative AI platforms to enhance productivity in content creation, streamline workflow, and produce innovative visual assets that elevate presentation quality and impact.

Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand complex business strategies and distill them into clear, compelling narratives that drive action.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive content for executive audiences.

Design Sensibility: Strong visual design instincts and ability to create presentations that are both informative and aesthetically engaging.

Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and demonstrated comfort with ambiguity.

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships across organizational levels and functional areas.

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $113,050 and $209,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
