The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Manager on our Sportsbook Operations team, you will spearhead Spanish language content strategy, localization, and audience monetization to drive revenue growth and deepen engagement with Spanish-speaking customers. Leveraging your expertise in Spanish linguistics, as well as cultural adaptation, audience engagement, and revenue optimization, you will oversee a number of initiatives while collaborating closely with teams across the organization.
What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Spanish Language Content & Revenue

  • Develop and implement a Spanish language content and engagement strategy that drives revenue growth and retention in the Online Sportsbook app.
  • Ensure high-quality translations, transcreations, and original Spanish content that align with the brand's tone and business objectives.
  • Maintain consistency in Spanish language usage and terminology across all company materials.
  • Conduct linguistic quality assurance and oversee the use of translation management systems.
  • Own revenue goals and user growth strategies for Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to optimize promotions and boost acquisition, engagement, and retention for Spanish-speaking users.
  • Leverage analytics and user behavior data to refine monetization strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistent Spanish language usage and terminology by managing editorial guidelines and glossaries across all company materials.
  • Monitor feedback and analytics to improve content effectiveness and audience reach.


What you'll bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in Spanish-language content management, localization, or revenue-focused leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field is required; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with strong knowledge of regional linguistic differences.
  • Proficiency in English and experience in bilingual content development.
  • Proven expertise in revenue growth, monetization, and marketing, with strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in translation management systems and content localization tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 120,000.00 USD - 150,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
