We're looking for a Senior Manager, Advertiser Solutions to join the Agile sales team at Snap Inc! In this role you will either be assigned to manage a team of Account Executives or Account Managers or work as an individual contributor across the function who are dedicated to providing coverage to sales team members who are on leave of absence. Snap Agile is a new high-performing Americas sales team that will be dedicated to providing valuable coverage needs for our clients and creates career development opportunities for team members looking to work in a high-velocity environment with impact across verticals, channels, and roles!
You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports or influence without authority as an individual contributor; and strong senior level client-facing skills. Vertical leaders should have a deep understanding of the performance of top accounts at Snap and a point of view on how they would accelerate growth in their vertical over the next 12-24 months.
What you'll do:

  • Opportunity to lead a high-performing Americas sales team that will provide valuable coverage needs during sales team members' leaves of absence, in a high-velocity environment with impact across verticals, channels, and roles!
  • Have command of and be responsible for preserving the growth of each vertical that the team is covering at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in that vertical
  • Opportunity to manage a team of Account Executives, Account Analysts and Account Managers who are dedicated to continuously providing high impact leave of absence coverage
  • Build and manage relationships with key senior clients and agency partners
  • Be accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
  • Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives
  • Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
  • Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota
  • Prioritize and allocate talent to business needs


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
  • Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
  • 12+ years experience in digital media space


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team and managers
  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within vertical and advertising agencies
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Experience working effectively across different verticals
  • Passion to help create and support leave of absence coverages

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.
Zone B :
The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.
Zone C :
The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.
This position is eligible to participate in a sales incentive program.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
