Role Overview:
The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at MagicSchool will play a critical role in optimizing our sales team's performance by leveraging data-driven insights, defining sales methodologies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, identifying challenges in the sales pipeline, developing actionable solutions, and enhancing sales team performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will drive the following outcomes:

Sales Leadership Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, providing strategic insights, managing key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic actions based on insights.

Strategic Enablement & Execution: Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and improves overall sales effectiveness.

Operational Efficiency: Streamline sales processes, optimize workflows, and enhance collaboration across teams to improve revenue performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, revops, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Training & Development: Design and lead onboarding and continuous development programs that reinforce sales methodologies and enhance team performance.
Qualifications/Competencies/Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Sales Enablement Expertise: Proven experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a strategic sales leadership role.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of EdTech industry, specifically within the K-12 education market

Strategic & Operational Leadership: Ability to oversee and improve sales enablement programs while driving alignment between sales and cross-functional teams.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.

Executive-Level Communication: Strong ability to engage with senior leadership, present insights, and drive decision-making across teams.
Experience:
Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales leadership within the EdTech industry
