The Role

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to join a high-impact, high-performing team. This role will be responsible for owning soft skills, methodology, and process enablement across the global sales organization. Your goal in this role is to reduce ramp time for the sales team and increase the percentage of reps hitting quota per quarter.

The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement will report directly to the VP of Sales Productivity and Business Value. This position is remote, located anywhere in the United States.

  • Manage all ongoing sales enablement focusing on sales skills, methodology, and sales process.
  • Own the global process for how sales leadership coaches opportunities, conducts call reviews, and drives success with global sales teams.
  • Focus on certifications and milestones to help sellers new and experienced continue to grow in their roles.
  • This individual will work closely with sales leadership as well as top reps to align on priority areas and bring key knowledge together to help new pandas win faster and existing pandas win more.

  • Highly collaborative individual who thrives in working with others.
  • Polished professional able to present ideas and lead sessions that engage and inspire the audience.
  • Process-oriented person capable of taking complex learning needs and translating those into systems and processes to be used globally.
  • 8+ years working at a SaaS/software company.
  • 4+ years experience in enablement or in a software sales position.
