What You Will Achieve
You will lead and direct one or more SAP project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of Digital projects that span functional organizations. You will prepare project execution plan and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Through your expertise, you will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet the technical requirements.
As an advisor and an expert, you will be able to build and leverage constructive relationships across the organization to achieve your division's goals and objectives. You will be entrusted with developing Pfizer's strategies for a portfolio of products and projects.

ROLE SUMMARY • Accountable for Global Digital SAP S/4 and MDG Material/Product Master Solutions required to support Pfizer's ongoing and new Master Data initiatives.• Responsible for the Design, Develop, and implementing SAP Digital solutions including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, and SAP S/4 Master Data Solutions, including integrations (iDoc, API, etc.) to other applications, and other Digital capabilities required to enable Pfizer Product Master initiatives. • Responsible for the delivery, solution availability, user experience, continuous improvements.• Perform process impact analysis as well as related SAP functional/technical activities (design, prototype, test, implement) for continuous improvement enhancement requests. • Review and analyze digital solution SAP S/4 and MDG enhancement requests to determine complexity.• Develop user and technical specifications to support SAP Digital development of approved solutions. • Author and execute of Digital test scripts in HP ALM and Tricentis Tosca, required to maintain a validated system state.• Financial management and Project Management of Digital efforts including maintenance and update of all Pfizer systems. • Implement, maintain and measure Digital support strategy for Master Data in collaboration with Digital Support team. • Provide cross-functional leadership and governance across the SAP ECC S4 Material Master including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales Order Management, Finance, Quality, and Logistics. • Provide periodic updates and ensure alignment on all strategies, priorities, status, Risks and mitigation • Partner with Business engagement and technical Development (ABAP) teams to architect solutions that are effective, efficient and fit for purpose to enable business capability and regulatory needs. • Manage and lead multi-disciplinary matrix project team to implement projects, including maintenance of resource plan and update of all Pfizer systems. • Align short term and longer-term project priorities in collaboration with business and alignment with Digital capability and bandwidth. • Direct the review of business requirements in collaboration with business partners to ensure accuracy, detail, and clarity with clear and complete understanding of process, people and technology implications. • Develop estimates during project initiation and secure funding in collaboration with Digital leadership, Client partners, and business. Develop financial forecasts and provide updates to all stakeholders. • Develop solutions following all applicable Pfizer Digital standards including SDLC, Enterprise Platforms & Security, Digital Compliance and Regulatory Risk management standards. • Guide and approve developed training packages for ERP Product Master Solutions. • Constantly monitor risks to projects, identify mitigation options to ensure project objectives are met.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • BS or BA in Digital Technology, Engineering, or Supply Chain.• 7 or more years of experience in Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry is required. • 7 years' experience in ERP initiatives in Pharma industry is required. • 5 years' experience in SAP Material Master in SAP ECC/S4 Material Master, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP MDG Custom Data Models, BRF+, Process Modeling, and SAP Workflows • Good understanding of all Manufacturing master data including Material, BOMs, PVs, Recipes.• Understanding of the SAP overall ECC Business functionality.• Understanding of ABAP code development.• Experience in SAP MDG and SAP S/4 interfaces (in and out).• Proven experience in leading and implementing large scale, Global, Digital projects in Pharma industry required. • Strong Project Management skill, and financial management skill is required. • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong team-work orientation required and in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines. • Must have demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking/planning and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interact, build effective relationships, and influence leaders at all levels of the organization is imperative. • Solid oral and written communication, and presentation, and project management skills are required. • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Supply chain or project management certifications preferred. Project management experience a plus. (CPIM, CSCP, PMP, etc.). • Management consulting experience• Experience with Agile Software Delivery and/or Scrum Master Certification• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably Commercial or sales and marketing• At least 5 years of experience working on Bills of Material, Enterprise Change Management (ECM), Workflows, Environmental Health and Safety module of SAP)• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)• Experience in integrating distributed systems and application using Enterprise application integration platform• A thorough understanding of system GMP requirements in detailed knowledge of IT system design and the maintenance lifecycle in GMP environments. • Knowledge or familiarity with the production support process, including tasks, escalation routes, communications, and other related activities• Proven track record of a successful team lead and solution design.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical people alike
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS • Travel will be expected, estimated 10% (post pandemic) • Ability to communicate across regions, countries, cultures, and time zones. • Require periodic, "off hours" teleconferences & project support work.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $108,700.00 to $181,100.00.
