Job Title: Sr. Manager, Partner Enablement

About the Role: 

As the Sr. Manager, Partner Enablement, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of sale and pre-sales enablement programs for Anaplan's global partner ecosystem. This critical role ensures our partners have the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive meaningful outcomes for customers and measurable business results. You will thrive in an ambiguous environment, excel at navigating large and complex stakeholder groups, and deliver impactful enablement strategies that scale globally. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Enablement: Design and implement a comprehensive sales and pre-sales partner enablement strategy aligned with Anaplan’s business goals and the evolving needs of our global partner ecosystem. 
  • Program Development: Build and deliver scalable enablement programs, resources, and tools that drive partner proficiency in Anaplan’s solutions and methodologies, enabling them to generate demand, close deals, and deliver value to customers. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partner Management, to align enablement initiatives with corporate priorities and partner needs. 
  • Metrics-Driven Outcomes: Establish and track clear KPIs to measure the success of enablement programs and continuously refine approaches based on data and partner feedback. 
  • Adaptability: Operate effectively in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, leveraging creativity and problem-solving to address challenges and deliver results. 
  • Change Leadership: Act as a champion for partner enablement within Anaplan, building buy-in and alignment across global teams to elevate the partner experience. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enablement strategies for a global partner ecosystem in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment. 
  • Depth of expertise in sales processes in either a sales role or a sales enablement role.  
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead initiatives with limited direction. 
  • Demonstrated success in working with large and complex stakeholder groups, building consensus, and managing competing priorities. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to set and measure meaningful success metrics. 
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills. 
  • A passion for empowering partners and driving mutual business growth. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of Anaplan’s platform and ecosystem is a plus. 
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or a similar industry is highly desirable.

Base Salary Range:

$130,000$165,000 USD
