Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing a team that develops and implements operation strategies including acquisition, servicing, support, and back-office. Manages analytical initiatives that develop and evaluate strategies, policies, and procedures. Develop and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.
How You'll Do It

• Develop and implements strategies to meet business goals.
• Enhances system capabilities to improve decision making and operation effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitors and maintain systems and decision integrity to minimize adverse impacts on customers.
• Manages and develops a team including hiring, performance evaluation, and development decisions.
• Plans, initiates, prioritizes, and oversees projects to meet business needs.
• Manages legal, compliance, and audit processes for the team.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Engineering or related.
• 8+ years Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related

Bonus Points If You Have

• Masters Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Engineering or related.
• 10+ years Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related
• Understanding of Underwriting Policies i.e. Fannie and Freddie Guides
• Understanding of the 5 C's (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions)
• Understand Mortgage Industry Best Practices
• Product Thinking: Automation, Technology, Design etc.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
