Your role at Clorox:

We are actively looking for a Senior Manager, Net Revenue Management with strong business/commercial competence and prior pricing experience (ideally within the Consumer Products industry) to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates solid financial and business acumen and can interpret data to build growth strategies. This individual can synthesize insights, differing perspectives, and pricing/promotion knowledge to build actionable recommendations that influence cross-functional commercial team leaders. The candidate must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment to develop solutions that directly impact both net sales and profit.
This position is part of Margin Transformation Office (MTO) who’s vision is to drive transformational, enterprise-wide margin improvement and topline growth. The scope of the Margin Transformation Office is full Gross Margin, which includes both cost savings and revenue growth management activities. This global team drives margin transformation across all of Clorox, in partnership with executive leadership, business unit general managers, and functional leaders.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with cross-functional BU and commercial teams to develop & implement price and promotion strategies that align with the brand and aim to achieve strategic commercial objectives.
  • Develop strategic pricing, promotion, and trade strategies by leveraging data and business knowledge to drive profitable margin and revenue growth.
  • Deliver insights from industry data, trends, and business conditions that can be used to make informed adjustments to pricing and promotion strategies to achieve brand short-term/long-term targets.
  • Provide thought leadership in support of ad hoc requests or larger corporate initiatives to optimize pricing, promotion, and trade strategies.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales Planning/Strategy, Sales Finance, Finance, Marketing, or Sales. Experience in the Consumer Products industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Pricing or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge of brand strategies and retail channels.
  • Experience in effective ideation and business case development.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong financial acumen, analysis skills, and ability to translate business insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners simplifying complex ideas and effectively communicating the recommended ‘so what’ next steps.
  • Must demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to juggle simultaneous project workstreams.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and possess strong relational skills to build relationships and effective partnerships with cross-functional team members.

Workplace type:

Preference on candidates located within Clorox Hub areas - ideally Alpharetta, GA area - with understanding of being in office 3 days per week (if you are within a 50 mile radius of the Clorox Office).

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $124,300 - $244,900

Zone B: $114,700 - $224,500

Zone C: $103,600 - $204,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
