The Role


The GTM Operations Sr. Manager is responsible for aligning and optimizing revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable, scalable growth. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, improving processes, and leveraging data to enhance revenue performance.

Key responsibilities include streamlining workflows, integrating systems and tools, and developing insights that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to remove friction in the go-to-market process, ensuring that teams, technology, and strategies are aligned to accelerate pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Successful candidates will have a strong analytical mindset, a process-driven approach, and experience managing complex revenue operations functions in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize GTM Systems & Processes – Identify inefficiencies in GTM workflows, systems, and data management to improve collaboration, efficiency, and scalability across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Lead Cross-Functional GTM Initiatives – Drive strategic projects that enhance pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue growth by aligning teams, automating key workflows, and reducing friction in the customer journey.
  • Partner with Marketing on ABM & Lifecycle Strategies – Refine ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and lifecycle programs to ensure high-intent accounts are effectively engaged, enriched, scored, and routed for timely follow-up from lead to renewal.
  • Establish and Maintain Revenue Insights & Reporting – Provide actionable insights by tracking and analyzing key GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline influence, conversion rates, retention, expansion), ensuring leaders have the data needed to optimize revenue performance.
  • Support Enablement & GTM Team Development – Develop and maintain process documentation, governance frameworks, and training materials, collaborating with Sales Enablement to support new hire onboarding and ongoing team development.


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations or similar.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in administering marketing, sales, and supporting SaaS applications (Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, ChurnZero, Impartner, Allbound, Pendo, etc.)
  • A self-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize work and team’s work while minimizing distraction.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage potentially complex projects cross-functionally.
  • Ambitious, problem-solving, “find a way” attitude and team-player.
  • Growth mindset: A willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • High level of integrity.
  • A deep, genuine curiosity for the business and how it works.
  • Track record of results in fast-moving environments and ability to excel under ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
