POSITION OVERVIEW

Docker’s Growth Marketing team is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Global Integrated Campaigns Lead to spearhead the creation and execution of innovative, data-informed marketing campaigns that drive demand, acquisition, and expansion across our self-service and sales-led funnels. This leader will oversee a team of campaign managers responsible for executing multi-channel strategies aligned to our target audiences, business goals, and market opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands-on leader, and exceptional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires curiosity, adaptability, and a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring continuous iteration based on insights to maximize ROI. Success in this role is measured by X% increase in campaign ROI, Y% growth in MQL-SQL conversions, and Z% reduction in acquisition cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy Development and Execution

  • Define and deliver the global integrated campaign strategy to support Docker’s growth objectives, balancing short-term results with long-term brand building.

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated campaigns spanning multiple channels, including digital advertising, email, events, content marketing, social media, and ABM.

  • Align campaign goals with key business objectives, including driving self-service acquisition, sales pipeline generation, and customer expansion.

2. Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead by example by rolling up your sleeves to directly engage in campaign optimization while coaching your team toward excellence.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of campaign managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Align closely with Revenue and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies across customer touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Data Analytics teams to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement.

3. Campaign Innovation and Optimization

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously iterating campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve or exceed KPIs, including ROI, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

  • Utilize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

4. Program Management and Reporting

  • Oversee the creation of campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope.

  • Define and track campaign success metrics, producing regular performance reports for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Maintain a structured approach to prioritizing resources and managing competing priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on integrated campaigns.

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful global marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and leading through influence.

  • Strong understanding of self-service and sales-led funnel dynamics.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, ABM, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, developer tools, or technology industries.

  • Familiarity with Docker’s ecosystem and developer audience.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company.

First 30 Days

  • Gain deep understanding of Docker’s campaign framework and key business objectives.

  • Meet with key stakeholders across Growth Marketing, Product-Led Growth (PLG), Sales, and Product to align priorities.

  • Audit existing always-on campaigns and provide initial observations on performance gaps and opportunities.

  • Begin assessing high-touch, high-scale, and no-touch campaign strategies to identify quick wins.

First 60 Days

  • Lead the first set of optimizations for existing global campaigns based on early data insights.

  • Align always-on campaigns with segment-specific campaign strategies and test new messaging frameworks.

  • Partner with the PLG team to ensure in-product experiences are synchronized with external marketing efforts.

  • Build the initial roadmap for lifecycle marketing integration and regional localization efforts.

First 90 Days

  • Launch data-informed integrated campaigns that align with self-service acquisition and sales pipeline growth.

  • Implement key recommendations from customer insights and market trends into messaging strategies.

  • Strengthen alignment with Sales and Product Marketing to improve the handoff between marketing and sales-led motions.

  • Present first quarterly campaign performance report with key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

One-Year Milestones

  • Drive a measurable increase in pipeline generation, achieving targeted growth in MQL-to-SQL conversions and customer expansion.

  • Scale and refine the global campaigns team, ensuring process efficiency and greater alignment with regional field marketing efforts.

  • Establish Docker as a leader in campaign experimentation, introducing at least two new marketing channels.

  • Develop a scalable lifecycle marketing framework, setting the stage for dedicated lifecycle marketing initiatives in FY26.
