Job Responsibilities 

  • Simplify complex information to communicate in a clear concise executive format  

  • Respond to ad hoc and analysis and questions from Private Equity partners and executives 

  • Partner across the FP&A team to obtain data and information for consolidation 

  • Develop and launch a rolling forecast process with key inputs and deliverables 

  • Track and manage key firm priorities and progress in achieving 

  • Ad-hoc/special projects to support strategic decision-making 

  • Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process 

Requirements 

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other related field 

  • Demonstrate a self-starter mindset and curious nature with success in delivering results in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment  

  • Ability to operate under challenging time constraints by managing personal workload to address numerous deliverables simultaneously 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience with hands-on experience in FP&A; large enterprise corporate finance experience preferred 

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related applications 

Preferred Qualifications 

  •  CPA, MBA or CMA designations 

  • Experience preparing materials for Senior Leadership, Board of Directors, or Private Equity partners 

  • Experience developing and/or owning Budgeting and Forecasting processes

  • Workday financials and Workday Adaptive Planning experience

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $160,000 - $185,000. For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $160,000 - $185,000. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $160,000 - $185,000. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $160,000 - $185,000. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $160,000 - $185,000. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $160,000 - $185,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
