This position is for contract work and is intended for future projects as new contracts are secured. Work will be project-based, with timelines and scope varying depending on client needs. This is not a full-time or immediate-hire role but an opportunity to be considered for upcoming contract work as it becomes available.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to design engaging learning programs that enhance business performance
  • Apply principles of adult-learning theory to build and facilitate custom learning solutions
  • Maintain 100% commitment to the client
  • Maintain accurate status of projects, milestones, and tasks
  • Diagnose and escalate risks to project team leads
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry tools and processes
  • Actively participate in and/or facilitate in-person or virtual meetings as needed to support learning projects
  • Excellent attention to detail that results in high-quality work
  • Enthusiasm for the work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology/Design, Information Systems or other related fields
  • Ability to blend and implement multiple instructional modalities including ILT, vILT, video, eLearning
  • Demonstrate personal creativity, innovation, flexibility, and passion about instructional design and learner experiences
  • Ability to write documentation and user guides for clients
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
