Senior People Consultant

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to collaborate with our HR team and other key stakeholders to deliver programs that enhance the employee experience.   As the Senior People Consultant role, this individual will be responsible for process re-engineering and enabling change management to support the growth of Qualys as well as HR generalist support.   

 

Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, the Senior People Consultant will be responsible for: 

  • Collaborate with the HR Leaders to drive key initiatives & programs impacting employees globally. 

  • Drive organizational effectiveness through process improvement and change management initiatives. 

  • Advise and consult on human resources matters such as new hire on-boarding employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline coaching, leave of absence, employee complaints/investigations, and exit strategies/termination. 

  • Facilitate training initiatives, and support development of HR policies and procedures. 

  • Work with HR Operations to ensure accurate, timely and consistent service delivery to employees. 

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve complex problems for leaders and employees, including Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation/Risk, Tax and others. 

  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent collaboration and promoting best practices. 

  • Participate in special projects with HR Ops as needed. 

  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days minimum onsite, and flex schedule to ensure collaboration with APAC and EMEA teams.  

 

 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience. Bachelor’s degree (business administration or human resources) preferred.  

  • Be part of a talented and experienced HR team, where individual strengths and values inform how we work 

  • Experience of working in a partnership and in matrixed organization 

  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources including but not limited to General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Risk Management, Retirement Services, and Client Support. PHR or SHRM-CP certified.
