About the Role:
As a Senior Growth Marketer, you’ll strategically plan and operationalize the growth marketing's vision through identifying and capitalizing on scalable opportunities. You’ll make data-driven decisions, own KPIs, manage partners, and work cross-functionally. Your role will require a focus on quantifying your efforts, ideating on new initiatives to produce positive results, executing on these initiatives, and sharing results.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our consumer audience and the Tubi value proposition
- Use measurement frameworks to evaluate and optimize your work, including LTV and Acquisition Cost
- Manage various marketing initiatives across mobile, web, or CTV, including successfully hitting KPI targets (such as ROAS)
- Manage the media buying cycle: tracking, asset generation, optimization, partner management, reporting, cross-functional communication
- Provide detailed insights into partner performance and make recommendations on next steps
- Work closely with creative/design team to optimize assets, including making testing recommendations
- Work collaboratively with Brand Marketing to align efforts and results
Your Background:
- Positive, inquisitive, attitude with a strong desire to learn
- 6+ years of experience in B2C growth marketing, performance marketing, AdOps, or relevant field
- Skills in data querying (SQL), data manipulation (Excel), data analysis (Excel or R) of large sets of data
- 4+ years direct hands on keyboard media buying experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or DSP product)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including use of JIRA or Shortcut
- Ability to make business cases and effectively communicate them via MS or Google Office
- Working well with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally, managing priorities and expectations with business partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Econ, Finance, or equivalent
Bonus:
- Experience managing media campaigns on Google Ad Campaigns + SEM
- Experience working with incrementally measurement frameworks using control/exposed cohorts
- Technical degree (Math, Stats, Comp Sci)· Experience using AI tools to auto-generate marketing copy or creative assets
