What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Finance team, supporting continued business growth and driving financial and operational excellence across the organization.  Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will own critical financial processes, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making.

You will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports.  Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.  Share monthly updates with stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and findings.

  • Budget vs. Actuals (BVA) Analysis: Analyze financial performance against forecasts and provide variance explanations, including key trends and actionable observations to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Own, refine and analyze revenue models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.  Prepare scenario planning to support strategic decisions.

  • Business Partner Support: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership by translating financial and operational data into strategic insights to facilitate data-driven decisions.

  • KPI Tracking: Partner with BI team to define, track and report key performance indicators that align with company goals.

  • Commission Support: Provide support for all aspects of commissions including calculations, planning and analysis.

  • Executive, BoD, and Investor Reporting: Assist with reports, presentations and supporting analysis for Executive Leadership, Board of Directors and investors.

  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Identify and implement process improvements to drive scale and enhance reporting and analytics.


What you will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

    • 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience (SaaS and/or cyber-security experience is a plus)

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills

    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency (experience with financial reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, Oracle NetSuite, PowerBI, or Salesforce is a plus)

  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition principles, and commission structures

  • Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and translate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and takes ownership of work

  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment with an aptitude for effectively managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or accuracy

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships that reinforce FP&A as a strategic business partner
