Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail‐driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Servicing Solutions team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business unit by supporting key strategic initiatives, building advanced financial models, performing comprehensive financial analyses, and creating impactful presentations to effectively communicate results.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze the business unit’s results, including forecasting and budgets.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Presentations & Reporting: Prepare high‐quality presentations and reports for senior executives and board members, summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Industry Research: Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact business strategy.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 3‐5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise recommendations.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: $100,000 - $105,000 per year
