Senior Finance Manager Ardent Datacenter (m/f/d)
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the divisional leadership team, aligned with the company's long-term goals, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Lead and participate in strategic transactions, mergers, and acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence and driving post-merger integration processes.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance finance team culture, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve overall corporate goals, and providing mentorship and guidance to finance team members.
- Be actively involved in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Utilize a numbers-driven and quantitative approach to financial analysis, implementing data-driven decision-making processes throughout the finance function.
- Bring expertise in the Datacenter sectors, staying informed about industry trends, and incorporating relevant knowledge into financial strategies.
EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, with a proven track record of success in a senior finance leadership role.
- Expertise in developing and executing financial strategies that align with organizational objectives, driving sustainable growth.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at financial modeling, forecasting, and interpreting complex financial data to inform strategic decisions.
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
