Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and communication, while ensuring organizational effectiveness.

*This role requires being onsite at our El Segundo office Monday- Friday*
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- The Candidate will support heavy calendaring and booking of travel for Avasant CEO.
- The Candidate will work directly with CEO’s operational and sales leads to support all efforts related to Office of the CEO.
- The Candidate must possess a strong sense of urgency, be solution-oriented and resourceful, have proactive follow up skills, be task-oriented, and be able to anticipate needs.
- The Candidate must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
- This Candidate should be personable and have a positive attitude.
Additional support activities include:
- Juggling executive needs and ensuring priorities are maintained.
- Use good decision-making skills to determine the level of urgency of matters brought to their attention and work accordingly.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and liaise with other leadership and other support staff on a regular basis.
- Complete tasks related to personal matters (calling doctor’s offices, paying bills, arranging gifts, etc.).
- Support all matters related to CEO’s day-to-day activities.
- Manage email correspondence by sorting, filtering and prioritizing communications.
- Provide daily updates to CEO and his team on email inbox messages and tasks to be completed.
- Support the planning and facilitation of large meetings with internal and external parties.
Required Education, Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO).
- Experiencing scheduling and managing C-Suite calendars.
- Polished and experienced in liaising with external parties, clients and their teams, and C-level network.
- Experience scheduling domestic and International travel and logistics.
- Experience working in a corporate environment (non-government).
- Strong correspondence, typing, phone etiquette, and writing skills (memos, emails, documentation).
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or similar.
Other Requirements
- This role is onsite and requires to be in office Monday-Friday.
- Be able to take feedback constructively.
- Ability to adapt to last-minute requests, and short notice changes to the CEO’s schedule.
- Self-directed and proactive, and possessing the ability to take direction.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and geographies.
