About the Team/Role
The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, EV is a strategic and leadership-oriented role responsible for developing and driving forward the demand generation and growth marketing strategy for WEX’s EV line of business. This position requires deep experience in demand generation, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration, along with strong stakeholder management skills. You will own the development of marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive B2B marketing expertise who thrives in a high-impact environment and can balance strategic oversight with operational execution. You will also provide leadership within the EV marketing team and support broader business growth by ensuring marketing aligns with sales and organizational objectives.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and own the annual strategic marketing plan to drive awareness, leads, and revenue for the EV business.

  • Oversee the design and execution of demand and lead generation programs, including lead nurturing and acceleration campaigns to drive measurable growth.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring marketing performance aligns with business goals.

  • Own full-funnel pipeline management, including setting YOY pipeline growth targets for marketing-sourced opportunities.

  • Collaborate with product marketing to translate business strategies into structured demand generation campaigns.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing team members, including reviewing campaign strategies and guiding execution.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key business executives and sales leaders, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for budget adjustments and course corrections.

  • Lead marketing efforts for multi-channel programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with internal and external resources.

  • Act as the primary point of escalation for marketing challenges, managing risks and resolving roadblocks proactively.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • EV experience is required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with extensive knowledge of demand and lead generation.

  • Strong pipeline management skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

  • Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies for complex, multi-channel campaigns.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical and business judgment skills to guide investment decisions and optimize campaign performance.

  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
