The Partner Marketing team at Atlassian helps our partners grow their business with full-funnel campaigns and assets targeted at relevant personas. On the team, we're seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the execution of creating partner-ready campaigns & collateral - from brief writing to publication - and own communications to drive education and adoption of campaigns among partners.
About you You have proven experience in campaign development and delivering measurable results in the form of leads and engagement from partners. You are a strong writer and communicator, and a fastidious project manager. detail-oriented and can r, while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job. And you thrive in a cross-functional environment, rapidly earn trust and credibility with stakeholders. You will work with various team members (including CLM, Product Marketing, Regional Channel Managers, and Partners) to understand marketing priorities and strategic objectives for all Atlassian products and solutions.
Key responsibilities

  • Creating and scaling Partner marketing campaigns for products & solutions, best practices, marketing playbooks or sales play programs that would benefit Solution Partners globally at scale.
  • Collaborate and align with the CLM, Channel, Cloud Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to ensure successful integration of Atlassian cloud objectives into our cloud partner marketing initiatives and programs
  • Repackage and refresh existing content in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel partner marketing campaigns, along with localized content. Partner effectively with creative agencies to produce complete campaign deliverables such as: emails, landing pages, banner ads, social campaigns, customer presentation decks, white papers, eBooks, web plugins, campaign descriptions and onboarding material.
  • Ensure all partner communication channels are up to date with the latest and greatest offerings from the Partner Marketing team. Proactively share channel marketing campaigns, incentive programs and calls to action with appropriate teams via internal communication channels when needed.
  • Manage and drive programs to collect feedback from Partners at all tiers (SIs, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Access) on their requirements for marketing with Atlassian.


On your first day, we'd love if you had

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in scaling B2B marketing activities for sales/partners/resellers.
  • Experience in marketing to highly technical and business audiences; including ability to message and position for each stage of buyer's journey.
  • Fluency with a range of marketing tactics, including social marketing, email marketing, landing page optimization, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Creative and copy judgment, with a keen eye for detail; advanced presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across timezones in EMEA, AMER and occasionally APAC
  • Bonus if you are familiar with channel marketing automation like Zift Solutions, LeadRocket (CallidiusCloud), StructuredWeb


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $133,100 - $177,500
Zone B: $119,800 - $159,700
Zone C: $110,500 - $147,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
