Job Description Summary:

Marketing Excellence is a cornerstone of the Coca-Cola Value Bundle, and an area of increased focus for FSOP (Foodservice & On-Premise) customers as they continue to drive differentiation through impactful traffic-driving initiatives.  This is a newly defined role that will report int the Senior Director II, Consumer & Channel Strategy within the FSOP Customer Value & Growth team. 

This role is primarily responsible for partnering with the Marketing organization to guide the day-to-day collaboration and implementation of top priorities in the NAOU Marketing calendar (in partnership with the FSOP Customer Growth organization) that are designed to provide the highest impact with FSOP consumers.  This role will set the agenda for the FSOP marketing strategy, define go-to-market success criteria for agency briefing guidance, and serve as a primary program development connector for the FSOP organization and our critical Marketing stakeholders.

This role will also be responsible for leading ideation and adoption of agile channel initiatives that respond to critical business needs across FSOP.  These ad-hoc initiatives will focus on the continued evolution of the broader landscape to ensure that Coca-Cola customer teams are prepared to respond to an ever-changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide forward thinking and strategic guidance on future state marketing opportunities to enable greater impact with consumers in FSOP.
  • Inspire and disrupt current paradigms to ensure a leadership voice for Coca-Cola in away-from home occasions. 
  • Set the agenda for success criteria for what it takes to win in FSOP through marketing, inclusive of proven in-market strategies that can be scaled for broader success. 
  • Partner with the NAOU Marketing organization to create, design and develop the most critical FSOP marketing programming that will elevate Coca-Cola’s leadership in the industry.
  • Explore and create action plans to leverage innovative marketing strategies that drive the greatest impact in FSOP.
  • Define post-program successes to build the foundation for future opportunities on top critical and strategic marketing initiatives. 
  • Provide leadership on ad-hoc and critical channel initiatives that require agile project development and implementation to respond to immediate business needs. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Creative and agile thinker who is willing to take risks and try new things to build ideas and programs at scale.
  • Innovative thinker, skilled in design thinking and/or other best practices for idea generation and solutions.
  • Ability to influence across teams and provide strategic guidance that makes an impact in commercial outcomes.
  • Proven collaboration across a complex matrix organization.
  • In-market program development and execution experience in CPG or Foodservice environments. 
  • Leading teams and leading with influence with leaders and leaders of leaders.
  • 5+ years CPG and/or beverage industry experience in a consumer-facing capacity.  BA Required; MBA Preferred.

Pay Range:

$189,000 - $217,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
