What You’ll Do:

The Senior Director of Business Enablement will play a critical role in driving the success of our cloud datacenter operations. This leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance business processes, improve financial efficiency, and support the company's growth objectives. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • FP&A: Ensure our close and forecast rhythms financials are accounted for accurately in our systems and tools 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key business projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to support overall business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance and operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the cloud or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of business enablement strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $225,000-$275,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
