We are seeking a Senior Director of Account-Based Marketing, to own go-to-market, demand generation, and lifecycle and upsell strategy across all our product and service lines, with a heavy focus on our enterprise pharmaceutical audience.

In this role you will be accountable for partnering with the Head of Marketing to lead the establishment, ideation, prioritization, execution, and measurement of the company’s go-to-market, demand generation, and account-based marketing efforts. You will focus specifically on growing the company’s already strong presence in the clinical research and pharma community and will be responsible for leading a marketing team. You’ll have an opportunity to influence the development of our company’s go-to-market commercial strategy, and grow our presence in one of the most exciting and fast-moving global industries. 

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Establishing account-based marketing strategy and objectives in partnership with senior leadership
  • Effectively cascading functional strategy to the Marketing team and contributing to the development of organizational policies
  • Translating business line strategy into functional plans and guiding execution
  • Participating in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people in Marketing
  • Ensuring the marketing budget and schedules meet corporate requirements and are allocated and managed to financial plan.
  • Creating and ensuring achievement of strategic yearly marketing plans aligned to marketing goals and company objectives. 

What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 10-15+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience is required, preferably with a strong emphasis on the life sciences / biopharmaceutical industry 
  • Experience with marketing systems and advanced attribution reporting
  • A Quantitative and Analytical leader who rigorously tracks goals and KPIs 
  • A creative marketer who has experience laying groundwork for 8 and 9 figure customer relationships 
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high-energy company environment
  • Joy from living in the nuance and connotation of messaging that take communications and collateral from “~90% right” to “99% right” 
  • Forward thinking, growth-minded collaborative partner with strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and responsiveness
  • Ability to lead by doing in addition to leading by delegating
