Nimble is a robotics and AI startup founded from the AI labs at Stanford and Carnegie Mellon. We’re pioneering the way robots learn to grasp and manipulate any object.
Our ultimate goal is to enable the dark warehouse, a fully automated eCommerce fulfillment center with swarms of intelligent, cloud-connected robots to enable affordable same-day fulfillment for every retailer, large and small. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement and maintain systems used to collect and analyze business intelligence data
- Build and maintain scalable ETL processes and pipelines to make data in our data lake useful for stakeholders
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Partner with the data engineers and data analysts to design, implement, and report on a unified set of metrics
- Become an expert in robot performance and partner with stakeholders to inform decisions through data
- Build reports in the BI tools to provide insights into operational metrics as needed
- Build regular and ad-hoc reports around financial/business/robot performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, business, or finance
- 4+ years of experience in a tech startup in an ETL/SQL-heavy role, hardware/robotics experience is a plus
- Experience with Python, SQL, Data visualization tools, MS Office and G-Suite
- Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability

Today, we provide end-to-end robotic picking solutions for goods-to-person picking, put-wall sorting and induction for eCommerce order fulfillment.
