Job summary

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Content Marketing Manager to be a pivotal storyteller at our company. In this role, you will craft compelling stories about our product, technology, brand, and team. You will help develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across our blog, social media, and demand generation channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create thought leadership, education, and user-focused content. As a storyteller and steward of our mission, brand, and community, you will ensure our content showcases the best of our product, embodies craft excellence, and fosters relationships with our users by sharing best practices for creating impactful marketing content with our AI tools.

Core responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Work with product marketing, demand generation, and communications leaders to help develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing goals
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling stories about our product, technology, brand, and team
  • Demand Gen & Educational Resources: Create dynamic resources to help users leverage AI for exceptional content across various formats (e.g., e-books, white papers, guides, blogs)
  • User Spotlight: Showcase the creators who trust our tools for their content needs
  • Thought leadership: Partner with various teams and leadership to develop unique, thought-provoking content for market and product education.
  • Social & community Engagement: Foster relationships with our users by sharing best practices and insights .
  • Content Distribution: Manage content distribution across our blog, social media, and demand generation channels
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure our content embodies our mission, values, and commitment to craft excellence, working closely with our brand designers to create visually inspiring content that elevates our brand
  • Content Partnerships: Manage content partnerships and relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other content providers
  • Product Evangelism: Use our AI product to create content, demonstrate its capabilities, and share success stories to showcase its value.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, community management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B and/or startup setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful editorial content and brand-centric storytelling. Preferred experience in crafting demand generation content as well.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content across various formats and develop a strong, compelling voice.
  • Can balance creative, operational, and strategic work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategically shape content programs, but also a self-starter, who's excited about day-to-day, hands-on creation.
  • Passionate about AI technology and its application in marketing.

Base Salary

The compensation range for this role is $150,000-$180,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
