Description

We’re seeking a passionate Senior Content Marketing Manager to join the Elevate team, leading email marketing strategies, website content development, and messaging creation for monday.com’s flagship customer conference, Elevate. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and participation for Elevate, both in-person and online.

Elevate is our flagship annual customer conference, bringing together monday.com users, product experts, and industry leaders for networking, learning, and innovation. It’s also a key business initiative aimed at driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

About The Role

  • Build the content strategy for Elevate’s marketing efforts across all channels
  • Map out, create and edit a variety of content assets for events — such as email campaigns, website, video scripts, internal comms, platform copy and more
  • Develop the messaging for Elevate as it relates to the larger monday.com brand
  • Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact
  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key event goals, such as increasing registration and participation rates, growing pipeline and ARR from enterprise accounts, boosting brand awareness, and more
  • Explore and experiment with innovative ways to achieve event objectives through a content lens



Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Copywriting or Content Marketing within a SaaS company
  • Comfortable using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content
  • Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
  • Brings a strategic mindset to every project and can challenge business-as-usual 
  • Strong executive presence and comfortable presenting projects and insights at larger meetings
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once and can produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Collaborates well within and across teams and can give and receive constructive feedback

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110,000-$130,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
