As a Senior Content Manager, you will develop and implement curation and content programming on “Today’s Picks”, a new curated sort on the homepage. You’ll be instrumental in connecting users with the best content and experiences with the most relevant audience, while keeping the homepage fresh, vibrant, and exciting with new content and updates.
This full-time position is based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to Senior Lead, Developer Relations.
You will:
- Source established, emerging and diverse content from our global creator community
- Lead content strategy and programming for different user cohorts, developing themes around content releases and cultural trends
- Build and maintain a process for gathering insights, content updates and roadmaps
- Collaborate and project manage with product, engineering, data science and marketing
- Establish goals, create metrics for monitoring, measure impact, and ensure content meets objectives
- Lead content calendar, communications, coordination and scheduling with creators
- Curate content for new markets and player cohorts, working with international teams
- Identify and implement new creative opportunities with partnerships, and marketing
You have:
- 6+ years of experience in Roblox community, with a deep understanding of Roblox players, creator community, and platform trends
- Experience in content management, digital publishing or similar areas (preferred but not required)
- Experience shipping cross-functional projects across multiple teams
- Experience collaborating with creators
- Superb organization and project management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$136,480—$171,900 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
