Job Description:

Pluralsight is seeking a Sr. Channel Manager to help lead and grow some of our largest channel partners. This role will be crucial in making these partners a significant part of the company's overall revenue and growth journey. This is a key revenue and pipeline builder that drives “with” and “through” revenue as a senior member of the Partnerships team at Pluralsight.

The Sr. Channel Manager will be a key contributor to efforts to create and execute a global partnership vision and strategy with large, complex channel partners, aligning closely with Pluralsight’s overall charter and vision. They will be responsible for establishing clear objectives and tactics to drive partnership revenue growth while ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and values. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the partnerships team and across the company. By leveraging their knowledge, tenacity, expertise and vision, this person will help drive sustainable growth and long-term success for Pluralsight and their largest partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the delivery of pipeline generation and booked revenue goals

  • Create strategy and execution plan for building multi-level partner relationships within large, complex organizations

  • Focus on driving business with one of Pluralsight’s largest partners

  • Partner closely across all key business organizations (Marketing, Product, etc.) to deliver results for the Partnerships team at Pluralsight

  • Collaborate and partner with executives and teams across both the partner and Pluralsight organization.

  • Show proficiency on the Pluralsight platform and how it drives partner and customer results.

  • Drive sales excellence to overachieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation and booked revenue goals

  • Seek and tackle challenges in a creative, entrepreneurial way

  • Be an example of Pluralsight culture and values, live them and inspire others to do the same.

  • Encourage and motivate sales team members to drive value with partners and achieve business results.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Consistent track record of delivering on revenue and pipeline generation goals

  • Excellent business operations skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and recruiting.

  • Experience with growing partner business plans to >$100M

  • Strong enterprise, SaaS, and technical sales experience with tangible metrics of success.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

  • Critical and analytical problem solver as well as creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of Partnerships and Channels experience with 10+ years experience related to building significant business with large, complex channel companies

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

  • Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base + variable range for this role is $203,400 - $254,200 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
