What you'll do
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and related post sales applications.
In this role, you will be closely working with our Customer Support and Customer Success business stakeholders to deliver a world class experience for both customers and our internal users. This individual will work closely with the IT product management team, Developers and QA team members.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and system optimizations across our Salesforce ecosystem.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations and familiarity with Gainsight
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator (Required), Advanced Administrator/App Builder, and Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation using standard methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including flow builder and Service Cloud configuration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze debug logs and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream integrations with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and third-party applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- CSPO/CSM certifications
- Understanding of Zoom Contact Center integration with Salesforce
- Understanding of Customer 360 in Salesforce
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $159,000 - $195,000

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
