We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing technology solutions that empower the go-to-market (GTM) team to have valuable, delightful interactions across the customer journey. This person will be leading on key projects, partnering with business stakeholders, and overall responsible for ensuring seamless operations across our go-to-market (GTM) technology stack. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of customer success, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and programs independently. With a strategic mindset and business acumen, this person will play a crucial role in building a scalable operational foundation that drives impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Management: Become a product owner and administrator for key business systems. An example set of the type of systems:   
    • Customer Relationship Management: Salesforce
    • Customer Success Platforms: Vitally, Gainsight, ChurnZero
    • Customer Support Platforms: Intercom, Zendesk
    • Conversational Intelligence: Gong, Chorus
    • Customer Data Platform: Segment, Salesforce CDP
    • CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote): RevOps.io, Salesforce CPQ, Dealhub, Zuora
    • Contract Lifecycle Management: Ironclad, Linksquares
    • Lead Routing: LeanData, Ringlead
    • Forecasting: Clari, Gong Forecasting
  • Project Management: Lead and execute cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes, system efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Business Stakeholder Management: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to understand business needs and implement scalable solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop insights and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across revenue-generating functions.
  • System Integrations: Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of tools within our tech stack.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices are upheld across all revenue operations platforms.

What You Bring:

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud and a Customer Success Platform.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally as a primary driver on key initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive system improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation systems (ie: Marketo, Hubspot) is a plus.
