About EliseAI

EliseAI develops cutting-edge conversational AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.

That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.

About The Role

EliseAI is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence and lead complex projects that are critical to our business growth and success.

Note: This role will be remote to start. We are currently working to establish a designated office space in San Francisco. Once we have an office space, must be willing to work in person 4-5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans, ensuring all key deliverables are met while providing transparent updates on challenges, risks, and project status.
  • Evaluate project progress continuously, integrating client feedback to inform and drive process improvements and enhancements.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
  • Drive research and analysis programs
  • Monitor client health, and identify patterns of behavior that would indicate churn
  • Regularly monitor adoption of new processes to ensure continuous expansion and improvement of operational procedures
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on strategic project management within enterprise environments or high-growth startups.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing large, client-focused projects, with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability for complex, high-impact projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
  • Must be willing to work in person from our San Francisco 4-5 days per week.

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company in the form of stock options
  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
  • Fully paid parental leave
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401k benefits
  • Monthly fitness stipend
  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $250,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
