The Executive Experience Horizontal role will serve a critically important function, supporting key initiatives in data management, measurement, and executive development. You will partner with the Executive Development team lead and the Data and Analytics lead to ensure our data and operations work is well managed and delivering key priorities. Additionally, you will get to work on project and operations work across our expanding executive development portfolio. This role is critical to ensuring that our team processes are operating effectively and efficiently in a high-visibility environment.
Successful candidates will be skilled in managing high-quality data, are passionate about providing first-class experiences, have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are able to drive bodies of work forward independently. The ability to effectively prioritize bodies of work and quickly execute across initiatives will be critical to success in this role. In this role you will play an essential function across critical projects for the Executive Experience team on our mission to accelerate the development of star executive talent and create an EC-ready pipeline. In this role you will...

  • Partner with Data and Analytics Lead to create and manage systems and processes that work effectively based on customer feedback
  • Day to day management of data infrastructure and data sets enabling broader team efficiency across our recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and development workstreams
  • Ensure that data moving through our system is standardized and high-quality
  • Lead portfolio measurement and evaluation by leveraging our data and survey strategy to deliver dashboards and stakeholder reports
  • Support the expanding executive development portfolio through event logistics support
  • Manage emerging projects for our expanding executive development ecosystem
  • Keep our coaching program well managed by maintaining data and reporting infrastructure around contracting, budget management, and program effectiveness


Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Obsesses details and execution against a robust agenda; holds a high bar for delivering highly-polished end products, events, and experiences
  • Be proactive, have a high level of initiative and ownership with an ability to manage critical systems, priorities, and timelines to ensure seamless delivery for our executive clients
  • Exceptional Google Sheets skills, able to work across systems to keep data portfolio operational and well managed
  • Impeccable judgment and ability to identify high-leverage priorities and data, with the ability to communicate grounded decision-making
  • Diligent listening skills and the ability to adapt approach among diverse audiences to tease out insights and pain points
  • Team orientation, loves drawing connections across a matrixed organization
  • Serving as a data subject matter expert to effectively partner with recruiters and coordinators; clarifying needs, sorting through to get to the root cause, and providing appropriate just-in-time solutions with an eye towards identifying high-leverage improvements
  • Tracking and resolving process and infrastructure breakdowns


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of Project Management experience OR at least 1 year of Process Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience OR 2+ years of Process Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in data management OR 1+ years of Data Analysis experience
  • 1+ years of event management/operations experience
  • 1+ years in Human Resources or Chief of Staff
  • 1+ years of Learning & Development experience
  • 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Ex: Google Looker Studio)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
