In this role you will own solution design, provide technical leadership and guidance through the development lifecycle, you will collaborate with the business and technical teams, you will be accountable for setting and meeting quality standards and be responsible for comprehensive documentation. You are the one who sets the direction, you anticipate what lies ahead and you understand challenges both operationally and technically thus mitigating future problems or delays. You have consulted on end-to-end CCaaS architecture and beyond. Your experience enables you to approach projects with a structured methodology, foresee pitfalls, and drive key patterns and practices. You are passionate about implementation but comfortable communicating and presenting solutions to client stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of architecture, design, and implementation of Navixus solutions
- Participate in presales activities
- Responsible for Technical Deliverables
- Manage and develop a team of Architects globally
- Create standards of Architecture
- Lead customer roadmaps and technology assessments
- Status reports
- Software migration management
- Lead Architecture to set pattern and processes
What We're looking for:
- 8 or more years of experience as a solution architect and/or technical lead with Contact Center Technology
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements as well as solution development
- A point-of-view of the CCaaS technology stack from leading CCaaS services providers (CXone, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, etc.), other candidates with conversational AI developer experience with one of the following: Omilia, IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms is a plus.
- Experience building and maintaining reusable frameworks and code libraries is preferred
- Technical product management including managing technical backlogs, product versioning, deploying and enhancing products at multiple customers is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with Clients
- Experience authoring and giving PPT presentations to stakeholders
The pay range for the US role is $190 - $225.000 per annum The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
