About the Role

The Customer Success Agentforce team is looking for a highly driven and collaborative Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights to support the Agenforce Success team. 

The Agentforce Success Engineer, Analytics & Insights, Senior Analyst professional will play a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of Salesforce and the Agentforce product. This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales strategy, business operations, reporting, and analysis – requiring a mix of market analysis, sales analytics, and business operational support. This role will play a critical part in defining the future of customer success in the Agentforce era—where our team is passionate about driving customer adoption, accelerating consumption, and removing barriers to help organizations scale their digital workforce.
Success in this role means supporting the Agentforce Success Engineer team to drive the continued success of Salesforce by supporting our customer success strategy and is pivotal in driving the success and growth of Agentforce. Sample projects range from the strategic to the very operational including identifying trends in customer consumption, evaluating growth opportunities, forecasting, business planning, dashboard creation and regular review of key performance metrics.
We are seeking a strategic problem solver who can optimally balance detailed analysis with a comprehensive understanding of broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to synthesize sophisticated data and insights into clear, actionable strategies that align with our overarching goals. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives; someone who can navigate both high-level strategic planning, and intricate operational details, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the success of our organization.

Your Impact

  • Deliver recommendations and insights that support senior stakeholders (VPs and SVPs) in leading their critical metrics

  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business to influence and set strategy

  • Understand the underlying data architecture supporting the Agentforce business, and how to use it to report on business performance and forecast results

  • Identify and optimize the true drivers of product consumption, customer engagement, and other metrics

  • Develop Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for use by global leaders and field teams in the Agentforce Success Engineer and Customer Success Group

  • Mentor a group of dedicated Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers in their growth and understanding of the business. This includes offering guidance on sophisticated projects, sharing industry insights, and supporting their development of critical skills vital for success in their roles

  • Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives to engage with their leaders or counterparts

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, computer science, economics, statistics, applied mathematics,  or a related field.

  • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

  • Skilled with SQL and Tableau (or a similar data visualization tool); Python and/or R a plus

  • Skilled in creating BI dashboards and assets end-to-end; from initial scoping, data wrangling, asset creation, deployment and enablement

  • Work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Phenomenal teammate able to lead and work optimally at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus

  • Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities

  • Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies

  • Previous experience  of end-to-end execution (Data collection--Feature selection--Model training--Model Deployment) of predictive models preferred

  • Experience with forecasting and/or analysis related to consumption products preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM and data management preferred

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $117,100 to $161,100.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $117,100 to $161,100.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $107,700 to $148,100.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
