This is a sales role.

Almost all of your time will be spent prospecting and selling.

We're a sales-led-growth business.

Our product is not pure PLG or PLS. The bottom line is that we won't make money unless you SELL our product.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation, qualification, and booking demos: Proactively identify, engage, and book demos with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, our website, and in-person networking events

  • Work leads generated from our growth marketing efforts.

  • Multi-thread accounts to get to the decision makers

  • Collaborate with the growth and sales team to refine prospect targeting and messaging

  • Achieve and push the limits of your quota and growth objectives

What you're good at

  • Working insanely hard. You make things happen.

  • Pattern-matching and operating off very little information.

  • Proficient with or able to quickly learn CRM and other sales tools.

  • Working independently and able to build from the ground up.

  • Top 1% energy levels. You love talking and listening to people.

About you

  • High intensity: did I already mention that you should like working really hard?

  • Team player: we win and lose as a team, you know how to buy-into a system and play your role

  • Curious: you will have to talk to our customers and deeply understand them and their business. You need to find this fascinating if you want to succeed.

  • Organized: you will need to be able to stay on top of all the prospects you are outreaching to and run multiple different plays without dropping the ball on any of them.

What is the opportunity for growth?

You will be the first SDR and the second person in our sales org. You will work directly with the founders and growth leaders. If you're looking for personal growth, this is it.

As the team grows, this role will change and you'll get to choose whether you want to gravitate more towards:

  • an AE role which will be focused on expanding our ICP up-market (increasing ACVs)

  • a SDR Manager role that will be focused on scaling the org, team building, hiring, sales ops
