The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and production support of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role will manage user access, configure features, resolve issues, and continuously enhance platform functionality to support evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise with strong analytical and communication skills. They will also embrace an AI-first mindset—leveraging Salesforce AI and Agentic AI capabilities to streamline admin tasks, automate case triage, and improve user productivity through intelligent workflows and assistant tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including user profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports.
Manage daily production support activities including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of Salesforce-related user tickets.
Maintain and monitor user access, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Support the implementation and optimization of AI-driven Salesforce features such as Einstein Search, Case Classification, and Next Best Action to enhance usability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
Contribute to the release management process including sandbox refreshes, change set deployments, and post-deployment validations.
Identify and automate routine tasks using Flows, Process Builder, and Agentic AI-based assistants, reducing manual administrative overhead.
Document system configuration, admin procedures, and support playbooks; provide training and support to end users as needed.
Monitor system performance and usage, proactively identifying opportunities for cleanup, optimization, and user enablement.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, and platform best practices to continuously evolve administrative capabilities.
Salary Range
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with platform configuration tools including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Lightning Pages.
Experience managing user provisioning, data security, and role-based access models.
Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein Search, Prediction Builder, and AI-powered recommendations is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly in a production support environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and experience working with virtual assistant tools or automated case resolution is a plus.
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience) are a plus.
Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments is preferred.
