How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to drive business success. Your expertise will not only empower users by resolving their challenges but also shape the strategic design of our Salesforce solutions. By collaborating with product owners and lead architects, you'll influence the direction of our CRM initiatives, ensuring that our systems align with organizational goals. What You’ll Do
- Set up, customize, and develop Salesforce.com and related applications to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot, track, and resolve end-user issues, identifying and documenting defects, managing access requests, and performing bulk data loads.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine and document user requirements and take charge of the functional and technical solution architecture and design.
- Develop and enhance custom applications and features utilizing Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, and Community Clouds.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other applications using relevant APIs and integration frameworks.
- Embrace an agile work environment while collaborating closely with architects and developers.
- Ensure the overall quality and integrity of the Salesforce platform by executing quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing, production validation, and detailed documentation of technical requirements.
- Promote a team culture that prioritizes technical growth, mutual respect, empowerment, and continuous innovation.
The Experience You Bring
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience supporting a large Salesforce deployment/organization with multiple integrations.
- Current Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Proven ability to recommend, direct, and implement best practices on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with all Salesforce Cloud features.

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA ranges from $97,680 - $122,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
