About the Role:
Decagon is looking to hire a Sales Sourcer to help build and scale our go-to-market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across roles such as Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and GTM leadership to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract world-class candidates.
You may be a good fit if you:

Have 3+ years of experience sourcing GTM talent (Account Executives and SDRs) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Have a proven ability to build high-quality pipelines, leveraging outbound sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn (e.g., referrals, Boolean search, AI-driven sourcing tools).

Are data-driven and results-oriented, using metrics and insights to track and improve outreach effectiveness.

Can source and screen 20+ high-quality candidates on a weekly basis.
