The Opportunity
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enabling our sales team by ensuring they have the tools, processes, and data they need to succeed. You’ll be responsible for managing CRM data, optimizing sales workflows, and analyzing key metrics to improve performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems with data-driven insights.
As a Series A startup, we’re still building and iterating quickly, which means this role offers high impact, visibility, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Maintain and optimize Hubspot, ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting

Sales Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and work cross functionally to implement improvements to increase efficiency

Data & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key sales metrics and support decision-making; perform one off analyses as requested

Enablement & Tools: Recommend, implement and manage sales enablement tools to enhance team productivity

Process Documentation & Training: Develop and document best practices and provide training on tools and processes

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s GTM, Tradeshow Ops (outbound sales), Seller Success, Product and Finance teams to implement feedback and projects
Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

Strong experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, plus proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Database tools (SQL)

Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for driving efficiency
Your Location:
Remote - Anywhere in the US, San Francisco Bay Area preferred
Travel: up to 15% if not located in the Bay Area
Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus stock options
The pay range for this role is determined by job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and current market data. This specific compensation estimate is based on the ranges for Tier 2 locations (e.g. Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin). Compensation ranges may be modified in the future to adjust for updated market data.
