About the Team/Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented MBA intern to join the Sales Center of Excellence Sales Ops Department. As an intern, you will work closely with our Sales Operations and collaborate closely with the lines of business (Benefits, Mobility, and Corporate Payments) as well as other key cross-functional partners such as Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Product to support our efforts in prioritizing, designing and executing strategic priorities that drive growth and improve business performance.
How you'll make an impact

Conduct research and analysis on GTM strategies, customer segments, and market developments to support strategic decision-making.

Aid planning, execution, and measurement of initiatives

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and business case modeling as per business requirements

Integrate disparate sources of information to generate reporting and analysis for information-based decision-making

Support in creating presentations, reports, and other communications
-
Support ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Experience you’ll bring

Currently pursuing an MBA degree, with a concentration in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with data analytics platforms, business process technology, and basic coding skills such as PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and robotic process automation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, an aptitude for fast-paced learning, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
