Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team by streamlining processes, guiding strategic decision-making, and ensuring accurate data management.

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy.

Process Enhancement:

  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance sales efficiency.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend solutions to optimize workflow.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to create and execute sales strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Product Knowledge:

  • Communicate product updates and enhancements to the sales team to aid in customer engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the technology sector.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation will be paid in the range of $150,000 - $170,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
