POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Director of Sales Operations in the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Critical functions of this role include CRM ownership and maintenance; sales reporting and planning; and drafting internal contracts and other documents. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Salesforce: 

  • Assist with managing, maintaining, and improving the Salesforce environment 

  • Review Salesforce Opportunities and Reports for completeness and accuracy; Ensure updates are completed, as necessary 

  • Review notifications and reach out to Opportunity Owner for any necessary updates 

  • Generate reports and dashboards for weekly sales meetings and other ad hoc requests 

  • Troubleshooting and enhancements, as needed 

Contracts 

  • Ensure contracts and legal documents are current and archived appropriately 

  • Manage internal contract review and approvals 

  • Oversee contract process from document creation through to completion 

  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings 

  • Maintain sales playbook and sales operations user guide 

  • Assist in developing, improving, and scaling sales processes to ensure efficiencies and adoption 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 
  • Business development and account management experience 
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills 
  • Knowledge of eCommerce industry standards 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 

This position can be fully remote although, travel will be required for as needed.
