The Sales Engineer will support customers, work with engineering to resolve issues, and qualify customer needs during trials and launches.
CloudQuery is a developer-first cloud governance platform that consists of three main components that can be used together or stand alone; Data Pipelines, Cloud Asset Inventory and CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management).
We're a Series-B Startup who are powering data movement for SREs, platform, and security teams in Fortune 100. We are looking to bring onboard another a talented and customer focused Sales Engineer to join our growing GTM team.
- Work with Account Executives to qualify and Support customers throughout trials/PoCs and launch.
- Raise insights and trends identified from customer interactions
- Work with engineering team to resolve customer issues
About You
- 6 + years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering or sales engineering
- Deep experience with using/operating one of the large cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
- Experienced with PostgreSQL and SQL
- Experience working in enterprise environments and customers
- Understanding of how setup and operate a container orchestration tool (K8s, ECS, etc)
- Self-guided, Resourceful, Excellent communicator
- Genuine interest in understanding the issues and use cases our customers are solving
- English as spoken and written English to be able to write solid documentation for new features you develop.
