Brief Description
Dock Health is looking for digitally fluent, motivated and driven professionals to join our Sales Development Team. The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, working with the team to execute on marketing programs and lead generation activities with the goal of setting qualified meeting(s) for the field sales teams using AI-driven tools, data intelligence and innovative outreach strategies.

Position Description:
Dock Health is looking for digitally savvy, motivated and driven professionals to join our Sales Development Team. The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, working with the team to execute on marketing programs and lead generation activities with the goal of setting a qualified meeting for the field sales teams nationally and internationally. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Conduct in-bound and out-bound campaign activities to business prospects as directed
- Prospect and identify key decision-makers at target companies and start building the foundation for a strong relationship
- Contact, qualify, and manage marketing leads from demand generation activities
- Collaborate with Sales to maximize prospect potential, working closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive new sales opportunities
- Cold call target companies to uncover projects, create awareness and need for our Dock Health solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience, preferably in healthcare tech or high growth startup environments
- Have consistently met or exceeded personal/team goals and quota
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Google Workspaces, Slack, ZoomInfo, LeadLander and phone skills)
- Experience with Hubspot and other digital sales productivity tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting effective business messages
